It's painfully clear to all of us now (if it wasn't before) that a Supreme Court Justice's opinion permits a lot of room for personal ideology and belief to intervene. This latitude exists because their job is primarily to interpret the Constitution's many ambiguities and lapses.
We pay them to read between the lines. And this is no science at all.
